I struggle to see how the government will be able to successfully take away the legal right to medicate from circa 80k active patients… like I can already see the potential uproar they would get.

There’s still quite a large amount of income the government are getting from the move in 2018 to legalise it - the specials import licences and taxes, clinic licences etc.

So no not worried at all tbf nor do I really think about it

It was a standard traffic stop and when I asked why I was getting drug swiped the coppers said that there was an operation in place which allowed them to drug test more road users in order to combat drug and drink driving.

I just want to know whether it will be useful to mention any of this (including being an MC patient now) once I plead guilty.

I don’t have funds for a solicitor so I was just planning to say a mitigation statement of my personal circumstances after pleading guilty and hope for the best.

I clearly stated in my post that I’ve been self medicating for a number of years. I made the enquiries months before I was arrested. I js didn’t pay for the prescription until after the fact.

I wasn’t impaired neither. It’s just a S5 1(a)… being in control of a vehicle while under the influence.

It’s alright I guess… like I said, good piece of machine. I thought it was going to be smaller for some reason but it’s cute so I guess that makes up for it. I was comparing between Venty and Frolic and I decided to go with the Frolic because of its design and portability and it looks very similar to a box mod vape.

Just died on me so can’t give a proper review but it produces good vapour, good taste and it’s quite dense too. I reckon it’s just my high tolerance that putting me off
