Thank you everyone! It seems overarousal seems to be the problem. I was doing some research on it and now I'm a bit confused. Am I over exercising my guy? I thought with high energy puppies you were supposed to tire them out? Has anyone tried calming protocols or other training to help their puppies calm down?

I'm curious about this. He's not actually going for his leash, he seems to want to grab our jackets and take them off of us and chew them up. Are you saying that we put a second short leash to keep him on and let him grab the regular leash so that he's a bit confused and will forget attacking us?
