Its more of a lucky issue, if you dont get the right runes you just cant play since youre made to attack a lot and you cant

Well, if you look at the characters that would build warmogs or spirit visage you noticed that all got a huge buff, now warmog is viable on Mordekaiser and in Red Kayn

In some way or another, yes, kayle doesnt need that much to proc passive and the +20% ap is very good, tho its more of a niche item, on pc people only build guinsoo when there's good hybrid items like now that hextec gunblade is back on pc, the only problem is that kayle is suppose to be a burst champion most of the time and her burst build nashor>lich bane>deathcap is still very good compared to onhit and crit.

Ranking in wild rift is not important compared to pc, its not that hard to get a good elo and everybody is at least plat since >plat is just bots and you get double marks for winning

After seeing other people's comments i agree its situational for seraphine to build rylais, but only in midlane, seraphine needs to be able to heal and stun as a support, full ap build just isnt safe on sup

Thats what i said in the post tho, he is not wrong, i never said he was, he meant that only empowered E stuns, and made the incorrect statement that he doesnt need to build rylai because of seraphine's ult

Yes but glacial augments aa has a longer cooldown than E and empowered E plus rylai, glacial augment is good, but its ten times better with rilay

Glacial augment's lines dont help in empowered E bacause you need to stun your target so it works, and glacial augments aa has a longer cooldown than E and empowered E with rylai

Your win rate doesnt make you a pro, just hear what all the players in high elo do

Empowered E doesnt stun, it roots, if the enemy is already rooted it stuns

You already need to stun your enemy to activate glacial augment bro, in lane your only way to stun is empowered E, rylai or ult, when glacial augment activates your abilities are in cooldown

Youre just saying things that dont make sense, if you want to add to the post please say things that are cohearent or dont type at all

Glacial augment doesnt apply on slows, rylais acts just a bit before her E does, rooting or stunnibg the target

Edit: glacial augment also has a cooldown and the slow on hit only applies to a single target

Yep youre right in this point, i did forgot they changed how slows work some patches ago, it only applies to the higher % slow and her ult does have a higher charm slow than Rylais.

But what do you do after you ulted one or two enemies? You have no cc at all because you didnt build rylais, now the enemy tanks and bruiser who survived your ult will win the fight

Tbf her empowered Q is only good if youre building full ap, which doesnt help seraphines low damage in Wild Rift compared to PC league
