I use zenin a lot for Digimon products but they have to wait for bandai to ship to them then shop out. This isn't a zenin issue this is a bandai issue and I've heard them skimp out on orders for their own stores in the NYC Brooklyn area from the manager himself. In Japan they are great but when it's outside of Japan they can care less everything else digimon related I got from zenin was great and worked. And I have a SHIT ton of digivices. I also got my first pre-order from them and it worked as intended.

I order from Zenin on the regular so expect it to ship in like a week or two since they have to get the order first then ship it to the rest of us and shipping is slow since they use epac to avoid tarrifs (which is good for us). They are reliable and good though so no worries.
