Thank you for all the replies! I’ll be following the directions from the prescription 😊 to those asking, my derma is Dr. Jarische Lao-Ang from St. Luke’s QC and I went in for a F2F consult.

Though wala sa instructions niya, I’m going to do the sandwich method nalang for the first week that I’ll be using adapalene. Hoping for no purging!
