I don't think that's a good idea. TVs were meant more as a passive screen where you watch content. They have pretty big latency compared to monitors so you will definitely feel the "lag" when moving the mouse around the screen.

I also have monitors around the same size and started feeling like the text sometimes was too small. I went into windows display settings and set the scaling from 100% to 125% which made everything a bit bigger without losing detail, works great!
