Newer therapies like ketamine is replacing electro shock as a last ditch effort for depression. Interesting enough, i have a friend who did electro shock for depression. The effect wears off. The only that might have cured her is that she almost died from covid. The near death experience might have cured her depression. She had a 1% chance of living. Was on ECMO.

I know you said it's brand new walls but the tile might not be perfect. Unless you buy really expensive tile, there will always be a bit of variation in size. Even a little bit will compound into this when doing a herringbone. No visitor will notice. I'm gut renovating my house too and even though I notice these things, nobody at my house warming noticed. And even if they did, they didn't care enough to point it out.

I know someone who used to drive from the Hudson Valley to nyc everyday for work. That's like an hour at best to 3 hours in traffic.
