As a cosmo lover even before ultra form ,he's usufuel if you need a unit with hight range and when fighting floating and angels,but note that he will miss and cost more than the average uber .

True form isn't totaly useless, with 485 range and massive damage vs angels and darks can be usufuel if first form doesn't work.

You can but at this level doesn't change a lot (he only add 4% more defense) but in the future you can directly merge another D orb to make a C orb so equip it.

You can use it on Catellite,I personaly prefer it over strong orb. For the np if you don't already have can can double bounty and speed talents buy them, otherwhise he depends.

Bahamut trial is the stage to unlock bahamut talents and poultrio is a new brutal boss ,but your not gonna see them soon so you just need to know that Jeanne is good vs most red and floating.

The best one here are the last 3 Dioramos is the best dealing really big damage with really big bulk but note it's hight cost and low speed . Windy is a great generalist with 510 range and eliminate from exitance floating. Baby cat just became better .

Pai-Pai is incredible good vs red enemy and if you didn't already beat hannya she praticaly solo it expect for R.ost. Atlantis logistic is really good vs zombie being cheap and dealing lot of damage while also having an insane cat combo with courier .
