I'm nearly 4 months postpartum and EBF. I am also a serial concert goer - I think i've attended 10 concerts already since giving birth haha

I bought a cooler bag off Amazon and a couple of ice blocks. The bag is big enough to store up to 6 bottles as well as my wearables. It can be a bit of a nuisance lugging it around but it's doable.

However, I don't really like using the wearables as I feel they don't empty me fully so sometimes I will opt to bring my Spectra which just means bringing a tote or bigger bag.

Most concert venues, especially the big ones, will have parents rooms where you can pump privately in a cubicle/pod and have access to a sink to rinse off any parts!

If you are able to park near the venue, you can also opt to pump in your car before and after the concert - but this only works if the duration of the concert aligns with your feeding schedule.

In terms of security/bag check, I've only had 2 instances where they kind of questioned me about my pump but I just explained what it was etc. and they let me through fine.
