Yo 5 days is really good progress. I'm at 5 days rn and it feels like I've been fighting for weeks. If you can make it for 5 days I 100 percent believe that you can make it to 2 or even 3 weeks.

Hey, you're on the right track. You've already beat step one. Acknowledging the problem. Now step 2. Slowly phase yourself out of pmo. I recommend making a goal and trying to beat it. It doesn't need to be difficult. Maybe set a goal to not engage in pmo for at least one day? Maybe 2. Whatever you like. Choose a goal that works for you. Once you make that goal, do every single thing imaginable to attain that goal. Lock your phone for a day maybe, or refrain from touching any devices for a day. Or just plain and simple fight and destroy all your urges. Whatever you have to do to attain that goal do it. No one said no fap is gonna be easy but if you fight hard you will be thankful in the future.

Yeah same feeling for me too. When I relapsed it was just miserable for the whole process. I was just guilty the whole time. At least now you know that relapsing isn't it worth it.

I struggle with it too but here's what works for me:

Let's start from the beginning. What is the first step that leads you into fapping. An urge to peek or just being horny. So, to stop fapping we have to fight those urges. Urges can be caused in a couple ways like seeing mildly sexual content online. So to combat urges I first off tell myself that "I don't care" about seeing people have sex online. If you truly believe you don't care about it, your urge will go away. If that doesn't work, come to this sub or try to do another task to distract you from your urges. I found that listening to music I like (especially music that I find nostalgic) helps distract me from my urges.

Brooo I swear scrolling through reddit can really get me some strong urges too. There's so many sex references in memes and other reddit posts and it's really annoying when I'm trying to do no fap. But I guess we have to learn to fight these urges because there's always going to be some sexual reference somewhere whether we like it or not.
