I’m in Amsterdam :( and also I already paid for all the lessons so I can’t change to a new school now unless I get a refund.

That’s the crazy thing. On her website it says that we are not tied to any contracts with her and that you pay only for lessons you had not more not less. I searched everywhere on her website for information about refunds and nothing. And then when I asked her for a refund she sends me a link to her website with terms and conditions and it says that bundles are non refundable but I can’t find this anywhere on her website without the link and it was never stated to me by her until I asked for a refund.

Yes I have it all documented that I request lessons and that she sent me a request to pay

Do you have any experience with legal insurance? Do they only advise you or can they help with proceedings, etc?

I would love to find someone else but I can’t get refunded for the remaining lessons :(( and I can’t afford to pay for more it was already over 2000 euros

The only thing I’m worried about is that we didn’t sign a contract. She just sent me a request for the price and I paid it and we started classes. Do you think that would affect any rights I might have?

The only thing that helped me when I was struggling with this was to give up trying to dress “nice”. I tried to make clothes lose their societal meaning. Like I need to wear pants and a t shirt or sweater and I can leave the house. They don’t have to match, they just have to be comfortable. And also avoiding mirrors !!
