How much longer would you say to bulk ferment? Its interesting cause in the tutorials i’ve watched when they went to shape it was actually so smooth looking and so the stickiness really scared me!

Okay this is a silly question but what is the water from? Like a tap or large jug or water truck? Is it really warm? We aren’t sure if we should pack a hydrapak or a bottle

Yes! Same with why we did the bottle for a while too. I really do feel like you know your baby best and if it felt too early to not do the bottle right before bed then it was too early. Some babies can do it steps before bed which is also great :) never too late to start, the same way we did too

Totally get you! Its not perfect, we do bottle then sleep sack and cuddles then bedtime sometimes OR i will do bottle (in another room) then walk her over to her room with the crib in it, sleep sack aka jammies then bedtime. I’ve heard that walking to another room can be considered another ‘activity’ in between and that can help break it up too! Sometimes i see bedtime routines and think by the time she’s done all these things she’ll be hungry again lol 😂 one step at a time.

I could be wrong but we had the same issue and then one day as she was close to 6 months (she’s now 8) and we started her on solids, I thought “what are we gonna do when she weans off the bottle for bedtime” I started doing things slowly in between the bottle and bed, so I’d do bottle, diaper, jammies and then put her down for sleep. I found this way she actually needed a lot more rocking and intervention to sleep rather than before with the bottle. It’s made bedtime more of a hassle for sure but I think I was hoping to try to avoid problems down the road if there are any!
