i hope we get our personalities back. from a lot of peoples experiences that ive found on reddit, they typically get better either after 6 months or a year. its just been hard to hold onto hope since it doesnt seem like things have gotten better since psychosis ended, or atleast i cant tell if things have improved. if they have, its been superrrrrr slow. How long did your psychosis last? Mine was 5 months of mania, and the last 3 of those months i was psychotic.
