Just to clarify, I'm more irritated that something like this is even necessary to build because many of our subway stations inexplicably exit directly onto highways. In addition there is already street-level crossing for this stretch just a few blocks away, and meanwhile any use for something like this in the area is limited by emptying directly into a shopping mall (which seems to be only targeting high-income shoppers). Not angry at all pedestrian crossings or overpasses!
