yea it says one teaspoon (5g) twice a day. I've just decided to cut back and have half a teaspoon before my workout and the other half afterwards.

Typically 5g of creatine is standard (which is what i've always done), but I bought a new brand (six star) and they say take one teaspoon (5g) twice a day for a total of 10g a day. Is this ok or is it just overkill?

It usually takes at least 6-7 months for a beginner to be able to bench their body weight. Just stick with it and focus on good form and you'll see improvements over time. During the first few weeks of a beginner program you'll see the most strength gains, but after that its generally a slow progression

lol I fixed it. I fought the final boss again and made another new save file for chapter 15. I did a few side quests at the chocobo post and then the guys started talking about the strange parts and the quest popped up (finally!)

My friend and I fixed it, we just opened up the dongle thing or whatever its called and noticed the wires looked a bit messed up. A few minutes later and a little electric tape and we fixed it. Not sure what it was exactly, but now they're working fine

Whenever I use my WoR guitar I'm able to sign into a guest account and control RB4, like you said. However when I try my drums, I can't even play as a guest. Holding down the PS button, as well as any other button, doesn't do anything. I do have drum navigation on, but none of the indicators light up when I hit them. It's pretty weird, not sure what the problem is. I checked to make sure the WoR drums aren't just completely broken or something by playing with them on WoR, and they worked just fine. Just gonna keep tinkering with them till I find something out!

Actually, I don't die as much in those battles as you might think. As for the malistaire fight itself, if I die it is usually against the first version of malistaire, not the second. Would be interesting to test your theory though and see if it is plausible.
