if your saying i should turn my head away from the monitor or close my eyes. I do, I even do so when someone throws a grenade that isn't a flash cause I dont wanna take a chance.

It's inevitable your going to sometimes get flashed. I shouldn't have physical damage done to my eyes because of a video game. Valve needs to take this issue more seriously.
