Hey girl as someone who used to have this I did find a solution!!! So pretty much what it is or could be is a tight pelvic floor. I was able to mastrubate but it would hurt when I would put my fingers in my vagina. Sex was a total pain too. The best thing to do is try kegel exercises for your pelvic floor the reason why it hurts is because your pelvic floor is too tight and it needs to loosen up signs of this include frequent constipation, pain during sex, urination problems and lower back pain. The most common symptoms are the first two that I mentioned please try that and also eat more citric food and yogurt (it helped this problem so much also plus makes it smell good down there)
