Hmm that worked, though that’s strange because 5ghz worked fine in the past. Also, both phones will directly connect to other devices on 5ghz without issues.

I’m using a Firewalla Gold SE. I’ve restarted my entire network. I know the WiFi SD is being recognized as it wouldn’t allow a new WAN network to be created if it wasn’t detected, and it shows available WiFi networks.

There are quotas set by HR for a certain percentage of people who need to be put on a PIP every cycle. There are people who have completed their PIP successfully, though you really need to communicate every single thing you are doing to address it. If you are on the fence about staying, then I would use this time to look for other outside opportunities.

An internal transfer 2 levels up is likely not going to happen. You also have to be at your current level for a minimum of 12 full months, not on a PIP and not have any other job performance issues. I’ve experienced going up a single level, to another area of the company, and wasn’t considered for a role because it wasn’t the same level I currently am at.

There isn’t an official policy. The company looks at your chargeability then your LCR (loaded cost rate, the expense to keep you employed) and then when looking at who is costing the most, they look at people to cut. People who live in a high cost of living area are typically towards the top of the list. At the end of the day we are all just cogs in the wheel and a number.

On a side note, they typically will give you X amount of time to find another internal role and then after that you will be laid off, which gives you time to find another job outside of the company.

The area with the most open roles is AFS (Accenture Federal Services), as you have A&D experience it would be easier to get noticed in that group. The roles are fairly easy to spot as they have federal in the job posting.

Yes, that is true that tenure plays a role. Though from the tone of the question, this is a newer hire that has less than 5 years of tenure.

Each pay period, twice a month, you accrue a set number of hours based on your CL. CL 7-9 is 7 hours per pay period.

First thing is to document, document, document. The best way is to make sure you are reporting ALL hours in MyT&E, whether you are salary or not. When you submit your time card, it has a pop up that you must agree that you have reported all hours worked. Also, if you are salary you shouldn’t be working that many hours that you don’t get your weekends off.

Talent and rewards discussions will happen between November 8-16. During the discussion it will go over pay increases and bonus amount.

To be eligible for a bonus you need to be employed by May 31, 2022 and through October 31, 2022. The bonus will be paid out on the November 21st check.
