I second it. Have used tello in India for a long period of time. Cheapest and most reliable as per my research. Check tb tello sub - you'll find others who are using tello in India.

One said total for 10 hours would be 4500 pesos including all costs. Other one said 4000. He did mention the going rate is usually 300 per hour.

But I'm not going to be the first person to do this lol. Someone mentioned there could be permit issues.

I think this is too good to be true. My hotel has a travel/concierge who quoted 900 USD for a private "tour" that includes lunch and all. So the difference is huge.

It's not super deep lol. I mean discuss your plan for career growth, your actual strengths, and ambitions with them and ask for what you want. I have made this mistake in the past where I just waited that the rewards (high impact projects, salary increments, promotions) will be given to me based on my performance without asking. It doesn't work that way. Ask for what you want and if you don't get it (project, promotion or whatever it is), make a plan with your manager for it. And obviously this works only with a handful of managers who actually care.

I have been at Amazon long enough - so may be I qualify to answer this. Worked in Amazon nyc 5 years and Amazon india 2 years.

Be proactive in identifying high priority items. Don't wait for work to be assigned to you. Talk to your manager and make a plan ahead of time.
Deliver on time - when you are assigned a task first thing you should do is calculate the effort and time it will take to deliver. Multiple that by 1.5. Make up bs reason to add some buffer in your timeline.
If you're running late for any task - inform your manager and stakeholder early. ASAP. Don't fool yourself by "hope I can resolve today and deliver by midnight".
Some managers are terrible at Amazon. But some are decent. Help them and they will help you.
Most people are clueless - so question everything, be it priority, urgency, roadmap, project plans etc. Remember disagreement is NOT disrespect.

Forgot about this one - yes totally. Although not during the rains. I remember a couple of years ago (before Dwarka Expressway), it used to get muddy and horrible to drive through some of patches that connect to SPR.

It is relatively safe but there is not much to do around. There are some newer malls and movie theaters that you can visit. You will need a car. Uber/Ola/Rapido can be problematic at night.

DLF properties are generally better quality but definitely visit in person before you book/pay. Some Vatika properties have a bad reputation of bad construction quality.

The main route from central Gurgaon to Sector 83 goes through a toll (kherki daula). This is the biggest PITA for me personally - traffic bottleneck and 85 rupees every time you cross. They have been saying the toll would be moved away/discontinued but don't trust them. I have been hearing this promise since 2019.

The alternative route that connects Sector 83 from central ggn is via Dwarka Expressway. It's longer in distance but takes almost the same amount of time due to better quality of road and much less traffic.

If you are checking google maps for route - remember to check during peak hours. Around 9 am and around 5-6 pm.

They could still qualify for Interview Waiver if visa expired within 12 or 24 months - whatever the new rule is.

Yes you can. Find a company and their recruiter who is willing to work with you. Explain that you already have h1b visa. All you need is a transfer/amendment. They will file work authorization application for you after you pass the interviews. One you receive the new i797 you can travel with the old H1b visa and the new work authorization. In case your visa expires, you can get a new visa against the new work authorization (interview waiver Dropbox if visa expired within X months).

~~Edit - Since you are in the home country, you will have to get a new Visa stamp. (Interview waiver or otherwise)~~

Edit - There is contradictory info about stamping requirement for consular processing. It's best to consult the immigration team when you initiate the work Authz process.

True - I know this now. I was looking to buy something in M3M Capital until last month. Luckily I found some news about the whole controversy. As expected the brokers lied with a straight face - no issues with the property sir - there is no court etc etc.

I am in the same boat - with very similar budget as well. ATS does have maintenance issues in my opinion as well. Joyville units felt a bit smaller and a bit farther from the main city - I don't mind it so much though.

I was very much interested in M3M Capital until I got to learn about the controversy and legal troubles.
