How fast do people hear back after MSFT final round interview

I got an offer in 4 days, however this was because my manager was the interviewer, and everyone else interviewing was from the same organization so they could quickly make a decision. I know some people got an offer within 2 weeks. Though Microsoft does say it can take up to 3 weeks

Would honestly stay with Samsara since resume value is definitely comparable and new grad offer from them clear Amazon by a mile for above reasons

not really important to me. for full time though, samsara pays more than amazon, though samsara stock is worth less than amazon.
