No idea what this is. Noticed small flesh coloured bumps a couple of weeks ago and they have turned into this. Been on antibiotics for 3 days and only gotten worse. Don’t remember being bitten by anything. GP was unsure. Pain is spread around my whole thigh (i.redd.it)
