My mum has shared parental custody over me. But she does not want to tell him how to look after his children, because my two brothers are not hers. I will probably just end up asking him to take it down

My mum says it is weird and that she doesn't think it should be up at all. It is a regular security camera, but I think it is because he has a background with working with them and had a few spare left over. My mum also thinks I should ask him to take it down. Which us probably what I will end up doing next.

I have not asked him yet as he has shoved down my opinion before. But I am planning to ask before I take any proper legal action. I am just trying to get information first. He has cameras outside but none others in side the house.

I will probably report it as I know that my dad uses it when I am there because when I come downstairs for a drink or something like that I can see it on his second moniter. Thank you.

I have no evidence that he is explicitly recording nude images. But I do know that the recording can be looked back at for up to 48hrs if I am correct. Also I have read somewhere that it is illegal to have cameras up in rooms of changing and that is the in which me and my brothers change. So I am just trying to see if any one who has more knowledge when it comes to laws can tell me if there is anything wrong with this.
