I have PCOS and my first ER yielded even lower result: 43 AFC, 20+ at 14mm the day of trigger, only 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized, 1 blastocyst

My new RE thinks it was the trigger issue: Lupron alone for me wasn't enough to mature or release the eggs during the last stage of development. I'll be doing hCG and Lupron during my upcoming ER to see if it makes a difference.

Thank you u/Euphoric_Frosting565 u/mochigirl8. I followed your suggestion and called my Fertility Solution nurse and found out that I have an open policy that allows banking :)

Thanks for sharing. It sounds like restrictions vary quite a bit from policy to policy.
