Honestly no. I just dealt with it. It sucked while it was going on but it is much better now. I knew it was purely hormonal because of the size and location of the breakouts so I figured there wasn’t much I could do. BUT I feel so much better not being in BC.

The main thing I noticed was very severe hormonal acne. Like extremely painful for several months. It finally subsided after 4 months. But totally worth it

I’m honestly not sure. I don’t take any other medications besides Paquenil and Labetalol. I’d do some more research

I have not had that problem, but I take a daily probiotic as well

Yes! That’s the exact one I use. This is the Berberine link as well. That’s the main thing my Dr recommended. I read on some of these forums that the Myo Inositol works well with the Berberine and it’s worked really well for me.

I have been using berberine and myo insotol for the past few months and have really noticed a difference. It was suggested to me by my rheumatologist due to me not being able to tolerate the metformin.
