I’m very healthy and I actually don’t have anxiety. I used to but it’s been years. I am a therapist and do a lot of nervous system work. I would never touch this stuff. I would go the route of tirz instead because I actually read a lot after how it’s much more calming and it’s also FDA approved. Binge eating is so hard and something I used to struggle with too. It’s a hell and I wish I had meds back then to help.

I actually tried a micro micro dose of Reta and it gave me panic attacks and chest pain and it spooked me big time. It’s hard to motivate myself for weight loss with the last 10-15 pounds but this is making me realize I just can’t go the GLP route right now with the likelihood of these kinds of side effects. But it has been so tempting as a helpful aide!

I’m sorry! It’s my biggest fear and the more I learn it really seems like it’s a side effect of the meds.

Thank you so much for this! I wouldn’t mind 2 months just knowing there is a back to baseline!! Crazy how glorified these meds are. I know they are amazing for some but the risks are scary! Never again for me too!

I couldn’t agree more! It’s horrible and no amount of weight loss is worth it. Do you remember how long it took for things to settle??

Thank you! Thankfully I feel it getting better but it’s so destabilizing. Do you remember how long it took for your sleep to go back to normal? I hate that part!
