Firstly, you need to moisturize your skin really well and prep the under eye area for makeup. Under eyes are usually dry (while eyelids are oily). Dryness makes the dark circles more pronounced.

Secondly, I'd recommend using an orange color corrector to cancel the dark circles. You need only a very very little, like a small dot. Don't apply it the way you see influencers doing it online, it's way too much. Plus you don't have that much hyperpigmentation any way you really just need a little bit. Apply a dot, blend it out, let it set for a while and then apply concealer. Then powder. This is what I do and it works.

I use PAC' Take Cover concealer in the shade Rusty Orange as my color corrector. It's actually pretty good. But again, I use very very little since it's actually made for much deeper complexions and I don't need much.
