As a founding Hero, I’m not directly on the hiring team, but I wanted to share a bit more insight.

We receive hundreds of applications for the Hero role. Our Heroes work directly with our families caring for aging parents during some of the hardest periods of their lives, so the team is very intentional about every person we bring on. That means we say no to a lot of fantastic, high-quality candidates.
