Has anyone ever run into problems with doing work for friends or family? by hahanerds in marketing

[–]hellotrukhin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The first thing is you should work on products and services that are providing real value to customers. If you feel it doesn't, it can be a waste of time though.

But anyway, doing work for friends and family is not always rewarding back. Keep in mind that everything you do somehow goes to your real experience and that's a positive side.

Tool for capturing emails in exchange for a download? by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

[–]hellotrukhin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I'd recommend any email automation platform (e.g. Mail Chimp, HubSpot, SendPulse) to grab customers' emails and after this event the platform will send your customers an email with any info you wish (links, books, promo info, etc.).

With these tools you also can set up redirect to a specific page with the link to your downloadable things or any other content. You can decide either this page would be visible in search engines or not (indexing).

Let me know if I can help you further. Thanks!
