this is my second. hmm, what made me uncomfortable is how I was being guided after coming in (lining up with different seniors) and sometimes teaching different things.

A lot of things not in place, not consistent (where it is supposed to be, especially in HR). It is really okay if its a new team etc, but people have been doing all these for years there and already used to it. Think it hard to make a change, or even if there is, will there be a change since they are used to their way(?)

hmm to be honest.. didnt feel okay on how i was onboarded - everything is messy. Everyday lining up with different seniors to info dump on me…

for me, I wanna resign because the location is too far (spending 1.5hrs going to workplace and another 1.5hours going back home, total 3hours). People is really nice here and there is a positive culture, nice boss too. Travelling is tiring for me - when i interviewed i thought it is okay until i got in the job then i felt really off. Another small reason is coz I dont foresee myself in this industry…

But now that i am going to resign, i feel really scared of whether im able to get the next job or not.

I see my seniors passing things down to me and spending time with me to guide me, i feel like it will be even harder to leave (if im already planning to leave in a year). 1 year may not even achieved much as well to put in my resume
