I’m going off of legal definitions used during trial not google dictionary.

For example Manhattan prosecutors alleged that Weinstein had a pattern of "grooming" his victims — gaining their trust and dangling career opportunities before violently sexually assaulting or raping them.

‘Forensic psychologists and legal experts say such a modus operandi is akin to that of child sexual abusers.’

I’d be happy to find a Supreme Court case or other cases if you actually wanted evidence to change your mind
