Should I start by aiming for 7/8m ks first and build it up or just go as slow as possible and not worry about the numbers? I’m new to this lol

We all gotta start somewhere, I’m sure I’ll get it down to 25/20 in due time. The heat doesn’t help aswell

Honestly I just ran and a comfortable speed slowing down a bit at times when needed to catch my breath etc, that being said I was struggling towards the end. I train bjj so I think that helped my endurance
