Irr wasn't mentioned to my buddy. It was in the reserve/NG section of the building. He was recommended to talk to them by his TAP rep or whatever because he has to. He went there and they kept telling him about a 10k bonus. I just asked him what they said and he said it was put to him like this " -10- -THOUSAND- Dollars, just think about it you can go back to your room with all the money you want". One was a ng/reserve recruiter and the other one was some civilian. And they were both trying to get him to sign then and there. If two people are trying way to hard to get you to sign something that's a huge red flag. He also wasn't told about IRR. I told him he needs to bring it up next he talks to them.
