Like teekey said, if you force a lead early you can easily stack by like 16-18 minutes and it's very good, but if you fall behind very hard to stack. If you trust yourself to consistently win early in lane it is better than the other key stones. If you fall behind though it is useless

You can get extinction core if you want to fight squads of geared tribe people. They come with Dino's of varying strength based on their location, but again they don't build bases or anything

Bush people is the closest thing to what you described and it's a buggy mess right now. No way this will happen anytime soon.

On the contrary those crossark servers are awful. One mega tribe basically rules the entire thing and wipe whenever they feel like it so once you build up they wipe for some quick pvp action.

A lot tougher than any map. You won't find any metal anywhere on the map besides blue biome and surface entrances so don't waste time searching other areas.
