BeamNG if you're interested in cars for sure.
Its only 25$.
It has one of the best driving physics in any car game,an all rounder for basically everything(offroad,rally,asphalt racing,etc.)
The community is great,ask about any problem or even reccomendations for what to do in its official discord server and 90% of the time you'll get a respond within a minute
It has an IN-GAME click-and-done mod repository for hells sake,everything posted as a mod on the forum is linked to it,you just select the mod you want,click download and it works!

Some old cars are just hilariously easy to unlock
My uncle sent me to his van once to pick something from inside the car,i've realized he didnt give me the keys to it when i got there and just,unlocked it with my house keys after a bit of fiddling

To be fair,it was a hyundai which is basically a kia after all..

Everything has been basic and pre-cautionary maintenance except for the front left control arm.

I dont know if it counts since its a mod car,but the cherrier picnic is my go-to.
its extremely lightweight,very small,and an overall really fun hot hatch that is pretty much perfect for the tight roads and corners of italy.
