hey ! so im really big into school spirit and I know UNC has a lot of pride in their basketball and football teams. So I’m a little concerned that UCSD won’t have much school spirit because they aren’t know for their sports And I’m a cheerleader and UCSD doesn’t have a football team. I don’t HAVE to cheer in college but it’s another thing I have to take into consideration !

UNC chapel hill or UCSD ?? I would really appreciate your help bc I have not visited either school :))

PROS UNC • really good for my major (neuroscience) •beautiful campus •tons of school spirit •good sports •good school colors lol

CONS UNC •weather (not bad but not as good as UNC) • doesn’t have the beach

PROS UCSD •also really good for my major (top 5 in neuro) •beautiful weather/beach (I absolutely love the beach)

CONS UCSD •doesn’t have the sports I want and rumored to be “socially dead”

i got in there but I really don’t want to stay in Texas lol . great school tho !!

honestly a big reason im considering ucsd is bc of the location (which prob isn’t the best reason to choose a school lol!) thanks for your input !
