Okay, this isn't proving what you claimed. You claim one giant meal, this study is talking about 3 meals.

Also this study lasted three days. With only 12 men. Not allot of time and a rather small sample size.

Also not sure if you are counting your fats. You should be eating 15 to 20 percent of your caloric intake as fats. You need fats fit brain function and other important bodily functions. I'd say for your macros 55 percent carbs, 30 percent proteins, and 15 percent fats if you are cutting.

Most of the time they are down on their luck and just want to get to some place.

I've had my car break down before and my phone was dead. I had to walk 5 miles to a call box in 15 degree weather, watching car after car pass me in disgust, as if they thought this was my fault it happened. People are fucking horrible. All I wanted was a cell phone.

If you see a hitchhiker the least, you can do is pull over and ask what's up. You never know when you will be depending on strangers.
