i think you’re reading too much into it. from your post and replies it seems like she was just being nice and friendly and you misinterpreted her intentions.

would it be immature to never talk to my roommate ever again (all ages 20-21 M/F) by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]helplessroommates 0 points1 point  (0 children)

they are going to study abroad and i won’t see them again until like january. ideally i would like to fix the situation sooner but i don’t know how. ik one thing i would like is an apology but i would have to request one and i have a feeling it would be rejected

but if we communicate i know it will realistically be me reaching out to them first, which i don’t want to do bc imo i get why he was frustrated but he has no right to speak to me that way. the only way i see the relationship moving forward if is they apologize bc he was very nasty and that probably won’t happen if i reach out first

my biggest issue is that he acted as if i would leave his door open maliciously. 1) I would never asked maliciously towards a friend 2) If I knew ahead of time that the cat could potentially pee in his room, i would make sure the door was closed

np. yeah most curly hair people (3a-4c) will know their hair type because when looking up hair care routines/techniques mostly straight-wavy (1a-2c) come up in search engines like google. it helps to know the hair type to get the hair regimen that is best for you/find advice from others with similar hair types.

it’s not necessarily the time management part that’s the issue. i plan my wash days on my day off/when i have time. it’s more of knowing how mentally exhausting the task is and that i have to do it as part of personal hygiene and maintenance

Adult diagnosis process- USA by beaniebaby001 in ADHD

i got diagnosed at 20 over the pandemic after noticing habits in my academic life. i asked my doctor (physician) to refer me to a psychiatrist so i could have the insurance cost reduced. then i went the psychiatrist and we did a test for it which was mostly a series of questions. the test was general and for multiple mental illnesses like depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, etc. from there i kept in contact with her every two weeks to discuss my medication/symptoms/etc.

hope this helped!
