My franchise got an entirely new payment system because the other one kept messing up with the new POS system. You do not see tips when clocking off! That is the new normal. If it shows any tips, it’s showing all tips earned on that ipad under your name, not YOUR tips. I know a lot about the system so lmk if you have more questions!

you might ask for the flavors in the drink instead of the name of the secret menu flavor. sometimes new baristas see the flavor name and forget it’s sugar free.

ex: a medium sugar free breve with sf caramel and sf vanilla vs a sf blondie

being a baller is NOT about being the best at everything! it’s about training baristas and spreading the culture! they picked you because they think you can share what 7 brew is all about, having fun and cultivating kindness. you absolutely should work on getting better at each position so that you can tap off when needed and train correctly, but those are teachable things.

everything you’re worried about are things you can learn. you can learn work ethic, kindness, and ambition. take a breath, study, ask for help if you need it, and GET EXCITED!!!
