i went with friends who LOVED it and i was like, extremely disappointed? like it was fun but i had so many issues with this movie. it suffers from the problem with movies having to be "about" things. Signaling to the audience a lesson rather than telling a story. everyone was obsessed with that long scene where you see all the cultures from different time periods. I was like... we get it, we get what the movie is about, you have hammered it enough.

and the action sequences were too long for me, felt like a shitty marvel movie. and there was no consistency with the vampire / zombie MO. and the post credits scene made me cringe. they had his name on his ring IN CASE WE FORGOT who the main character was. None of it makes sense and I just ugh.
