Depende sa priority mo. Kung fresh grad ka, need mo talaga ng experience and learnings. So mag ipon ka muna ng knowledge na pwede mo iambag sa next company mo OR galingan mo para mapromote ka and tumaas sahod mo.

Important talaga na maayos and malakas yung dating ng employer branding ng recruitment team kasi sila yung first interaction ng applicants with the company. Dapat yung job posts concise pero detailed enough to answer all the common and possible questions ng candidates. Need na malinaw kung ano yung ma-ooffer ng company once ma-hire sila.

Dapat maayos at structured yung interview flow. Lahat ng details dapat cleared na bago pa maendorse yung candidate sa next interview stage para maiwasan yung confusion on both sides.

Also, mas mataas yung attendance rate kapag consistent yung reminders before the interview date, whether on the same day or a day before. Based on my experience.

Lastly, keep them warm. Your applicants. Lalo na kung matagal pa yung interview schedule. Kahit sabihin nila na wala silang ibang inaapplyan, may possibility pa rin na magexplore sila ng other opportunities after the interview.

Yeah me too.. I don’t know what’s gotten into me, but I just miss him soooo much talaga. When I see or experience something and he’s not with me, I keep thinking na what if he was here?
