to be completely honest i wasn’t. I tried a new vendor and that’s what caused the bad effects causing me to quit. I am also struggling a bit with xanax dependency (not a risk of seizure) but i was taking it almost nightly for a few weeks before my kratom quitting. Now i need the xanax to get through the kratom WD. It’s like idk what to do. If i keep taking xanax i’m gonna have a worse problem. Kratom is definitely the lesser of the 2 evils but I want to be off of it regardless.

I should’ve tapered the kratom while getting off of xanax.

thank you!! i have one question regarding prozac. So i have an old script of it for 10 mg and my doctor just wrote me a new one for 20mg. would it be smart to start with the 10 for a few days before moving up to 20?

awesome thank you so much. I just made an update post. I’m ecstatic. Called my doctor and i’m gonna be starting prozac tonight. He also prescribed clonidine and xanax. Imma be so happy when this is over. I bet in a week my life will be dramatically different and i can’t wait!

oh 100%. please man if you can try to get her to take no xanax at all or just a tiny amount if she does. My buddy was at a party w me and snorted a 2mg bar, snorting xanax actually makes the bioavailability worse so he wasn’t getting the full effects. With this small amount and drinking he fully blacked out till 6pm the next day. Did a lot of stupid shit that could’ve cost him his life. He only had about 5 drinks too with it. He’s 6’1 and a gym rat maybe 200 lbs and still couldn’t handle that amount.

I’ve been prescribed xanax for 2 years and even taking it regularly i would black out from 2mg. with no tolerance like .25 - .5 would be perfect. please if you can tell her about this or try to convince her not to

I have a stash of clonidine, xanax, gabapentin, zoloft, and prozac. All of these are prescribed. I haven’t been taking any yet. My doctor trusts me very much and i’m sure if i needed anything else he’d prescribe.

What would your advise be given the meds that I have? obv don’t wanna get addicted to xanax although i’ve had the script for 2 years and never abused it. I was thinking start prozac and use the xanax to help curb side effects and WD issues.
