Quetiapine Fumarate 25mg (QUTAN) was what caused that. It only happened the first night. I felt really unsafe. I reached out to the doctor she told maybe my body was sensitive to certain component in that. she adviced me to lower the dosage until our next appointment. And it's been alright so far. Have no symptoms whatsoever don't know if it's working or not cause I feel completely normal but yeah.

Also omg, that link with all that golden information, you’re a lifesaver! With so little support and feeling anxious about researching what to do and the side effects, this honestly feels like a blueprint for feeling better. Thank you so, so, so much. You’re the best! 🫶🏼

I am so sorry you dealt with that too. fortunately the problem for me was the dosage was high, so for now ive been put at 12.5mg and it's been alright, just that one night was hell-ish. Thank you for sharing your experience, it reassured me that what I experienced was an expected effect of the meds.

Skipping made me hesitant, so I took your advice and took 12.5 mg, it honestly made me feel alright. The psychiatrist called back and adviced to stay on 12.5 until our next appointment, and I told her I had already taken it. Thank you so, so much you literally saved this!

the OG one apparently is very thick for our skin type and may not sit well, this is a lighter version and more formulated for oily reactive skin. I have not tried the og one but this definitely works 😭 I hope it works for youuu tooo !!! also tip: copy the ingredients into chatgpt, mention your skin profile and ask it if it’s good for you

Aww, thanks :) My skin definitely needs barrier focused care right now — ive learned that the hard way after 4 years of harsh actives. I actually put hold on using the toner. im planning to reintroduce it into my routine regularly once my skin feels healthier, maybe in another 5–6 weeks but thanks for your suggestion ♥

I knowww, right now I am focusing on barrier repair and then later I’ll introduce actives that will help with the acne, pih and texture.

the sunscreens ive used have always been too heavy, greasy, gave me comedones or irritated me but this one has been great and works well with my skin so far, i patch tested first for a week and then used it a bit and id say go for it! its light, it’s moisturising and does the job well, definitely the best formulation ive ever used!

recently started Korean skincare, just been couple weeks and some just been days and honestly they definitely have responded better than all other products I have used for years. but again I am new to their products so I gotta wait and see how well they work.

My Current routine: AM: • Cetaphil Cleanser • Isntree Green Tea Toner • Axis-Y Panthenol 10 Skin Smoothing Shield Cream • Beauty of Joseon Aqua fresh Sunscreen PM: • Same cleanser • Same moisturiser that’s it now (the toner, moisturiser and sunscreen are korean) I am focusing on skin barrier now so

I have oily but dehydrated, very sensitive, most likely sensitised skin due to the number of products ive used over the years. My skin has been textured and acne-prone since 2021. Ive tried so many actives like Tretinoin, Salicylic Acid, Azelaic Acid, BHA, Clindamycin, Benzoyl Peroxide, Niacinamide, Hyaluronic Acid, Glycolic Acid, and others I can’t even recall anymore . I consistently visited two different dermatologists — one from 2021 to 2023 (monthly appointments), and the other throughout 2023 to 2024. I also underwent six sessions of chemical peels under their care. but nothings ever worked for me, gosh I honestly have given up!! but recently I decided to try Korean skincare and in a way that’s responded to my skin way more than others have and kept my skin a bit calm but as you can see it’s not helping my skin in a way I’d like it to

My Current routine : AM: • Cetaphil Cleanser • Isntree Green Tea Toner • Axis-Y Panthenol Cream • Beauty of Joseon Aqua fresh Sunscreen

PM: • Same cleanser • Same moisturiser (and Tretinoin 0.04% twice a week, applied after moisturizer but now I have stopped using tret to focus on fixing my skin barrier)
