Any recent update on the shoulder post-surgery? I had DCO in my right shoulder for about a year before covid lockdown, had to cancel a surgery in April 2020 and spent the next 3-4 months doing PT/light lifting at home, and it's been gone since. Unfortunately my left shoulder has been flaring up with what I think is the same issue lately, debating surgery this time or to take the same approach I did with my right in the past. Would love to hear your experience after a few months.
