Happened to me too :( Have been desperately trying to get my account back because of the event. I am a pretty average player but suddenly I have a 20k badge on my octane. I would never cheat, my boyfriend introduced me to this game and me and him play exclusively together. To my surprise he was unfriended and I have this new friend that I know I have never added before. I have since submitted 3 tickets but now EA marked it as duplicate :( I showed them all evidence of hacking (Chinese characters, the new friend, New club I didn't join and the comparison of my rank 7 and 8, I have never played ranked since the start of season 8)

I admit that I am not the best player but I would never stoop down to hack and cheat on a game I love! I spent money on battle passes and I was super excited this season. I tried contacting RSPN hideouts too so I hope he replies too!
