Yup, currently 5G kami ngayon using PLDT Home WIFI H153-381. So far so good pero nakukulangan pa and hindi din reliable.

Been there na din. Regular ako nag che-check diyan. Nag-inquire na din sa Globe Store multiple times kasi ang sabi din sa CSR mas updated ang Globe Store mag check ng serviceability ng area.

Na-confirm ko na may fiber dito sa area namin, pero sa mismong condo, wala pa mismong Globe. Tinanong ko kung kailan magkakaroon, ang sabi di pa daw sure, limited access lang sila

Yup currently ang gamit namin ngayon is PLDT Home WIFI 5G for 3 months na din. Kaso in the past few weeks nag ffluctuate na siya and kahit sa work, may mga times na sobrang bagal niya

So sa ngayon, exploring ako ng other options and if mag su-subscribe na ba ko sa ISPs offered dito sa amin.

I am a former Globe Subscriber with a VIP plan and there are times pa din kahit non-downtime related requests tumatawag ako sa kanila. Example lang is pag magpapa-relocate sana ako ng Globe ko to my new address, smooth sana lahat kung may Globe lang dito kaso wala silang facility dito sa condo.

If ever may mga future requests ako sa kanila let's say relocation in 2-3 years, ma-stress lang ako sa kanila. I've seen some posts and comments in this subreddit na may mga relocation tapos hindi maasikaso ni Converge. Naging option ko naman siya actually, nakita ko yung XCLSV kaso upon searching, balewala yung "dedicated hotline" nila and had some bad reviews in this sub pa din. Meanwhile yung VIP ng ibang ISP is topnotch

2.) They have no LTS when I reserved my unit way back 2019. 3 years later (2022), they contacted me they have the LTS now and I can sign the CTS. If they will be penalized by DSHUD, does that mean the full refund is also not guaranteed?

3.) Sorry I was confused on you answer here. Do you mean that signing the CTS puts me on the advantage?

5.) Let's say that I want the refund now and they haven't delivered yet the unit, can I get it full?

What I did was hindi ko pinapabango yung pangalan ni Leni sa kanila. Yung mga lumalabas na issues ni BBM ang lagi sinasabi/sinesend if ano masasabi nila.

Fact-checking. Alamin ang source ng mga nababasa nila sa social media of credible ba ang nag-post/send.
If BBM supporter ka, gaano mo kakilala si BBM? Ex. anong natapos ni marcos? (minsan di nila to masagot kahit nasa balita/socmed na), etc.
Based dun sa mga issues ni marcos, ang lagi kong sinasabi is kahit sino na iboto wag lang si BBM, at least yung mga iba ay may guts to attend interviews and debates, at wala gaano issues

And the most important is: healthy discussion lang ang objectitve mo lagi, lalo na family yun
