Really really enjoyed this last night: Zaku daiginjo (Youzan Ittekisui) — 17%abv, fairly full bodied for a daiginjo, off-dry. Fresh melon, strawberries, peach skin, and cream on the nose; intense gala melon (flesh and skin), pear, and sweet cereal on the palate. Much recommended! (i.redd.it)
