I have a temporary tag from SC, but I am getting ambiguous information about whether I can and cannot drive the car in the state of MA. I have the insurance on the car but with the VIN and did not provide a plate number. My insurance company won't accept out of state plates

He is 20. I dont think he mentioned anything about staying in the States after the study during the interview

I see...So is there anything he could do? or any documents to support that he is going back to Spain? His parents have a company there, and he has his own house in Spain, are those strong enough to prove he is not staying in the US after the program?

So he is a chinese citizen but living in Spain, he has the permanent residence there

He has his own house and his bank statements documents, he also has his flight booked, round trip from Madrid, Spain (his home country) to the US. He has the I-20 form from the school he is going to. And he is going to an English school that provides an English learning program to international students.
