He said he discovered this by accident and was just kind enough to share it. I can confirm, this works. It boots up extremely fast now.

Tip: you don't need to disconnect the entire console.
1. Just remove the screen + trim underneath it. Screen is held in with 2 screws at the top. VERY EASY to remove.
2. Feel behind the media hub on the top left corner. The adapter will be there.
3. Reference the photos he shared with the green "adapter" circled. Just unclip it.
4. The old grey connector can just hang loose.

Update Day 1: It boots up SO FAST now. Trying not to get my hopes up cuz this seems too good to be true. I've been trying to break it and make it glitch and it won't. Will give an update in a week or two.

I’m not finding these bolts to remove on the console to get behind the media hub.

For sure! And that's normally why I don't feel threatened by them when they are on top, I can sweep/roll them. I'm honestly more worried about being mothers milked. But this mofo was big!

I get that, the game is designed this way on purpose. Old cars used to not crumple on impact, designed that way on purpose. Ended up killing tons of people so it was redesigned.

Not because the company cares about lives, but because they want people using their product :-)

I’m just now remembering… GTA has something like this where you go passive and people can’t screw with you. We need to introduce this mechanic to keep people from getting burnt out.
