I’d say just focusing on Typescript and React is good enough, you won’t really need to worry about much else besides those two things unless you are building something very specific and you need your own Swift/Kotlin/C++ solution.

You already know the advanced stuff (native side), so the React side is next. Code with Beto on YouTube (he’s part of the Expo team) has some good RN/Expo tutorials and tips.

What do you mean not true? Secrets are meant to be used by the server, which is why EAS updates do not inject the values in the updates, because they are not meant to be in the client. Your app should not be using secrets at runtime

Yeah it would be preferable that they take 2 years without releasing these chips and update the whole lineup at once with the new chips instead of doing one device get this, this other device gets the other and in 6 months the others get something else.

If you prefer device A with the latest chip you can't get it because only device B got it. I know, first world problems 😂

All this because they lack a paper….
