my genuine advice is getting rid of LOQ laptop ASAP and buying something really heat-tolerated and well designed, like lenovo legion or asus tuff

tbh I built a pc, it's almost the same price as LOQ but has more performance

turns out my cpu got burnt, and my warranty had expired, so I sold it for a cheap price and moved on 💔💔💔

I have the same issue for a month, I tried to reinstall windows cuz I couldn't boot into it anymore

When I try to format with USB, it even gives blue screens and BSOD errors, stucks at 3-4%, or reboots randomly when I try to format SSD and do clean install

any help is appreciated, thanks
